Red Yarn & the Critters are beyond thrilled to perform at Chicago’s legendary Old Town School of Folk Music with friend & colleague Little Miss Ann. We’ll be celebrating the upcoming release of Red Yarn’s Old Barn with a Chicago backing band featuring Little Miss Ann’s drummer & bassist.

Ann Torralba aka Little Miss Ann is an award winning kids musician, a former Chicago Public School teacher, a mom, a veteran instructor at Chicago’s Old Town School of Folk Music, and a first generation Filipina-American. She has made 5 kids CD’s including her latest, “Keep On” with Amy D. “Keep On” was produced by Grammy award winning producer, Dean Jones. Ann is an award winning kids musician and has received a Silver Parent’s Choice Award and a NAPPA for her music.

Founded in 1957, the Old Town School of Folk Music provides a wide range of music, dance, theater, and visual arts courses to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Whatever one’s interest, the Old Town School provides broad access to more than 700 accredited class offerings, private lessons, and workshops that span an array of artistic genres.
